Well, I’m back. In the saddle again, in black, and also in other colors… colors which I will not relate to you here. Omaha suddenly holds more of that feeling of home, it’s like a homecoming when I come back. DCC was astonishing, everything that I wanted it to be and more. It completely lived up to my expectations, along with the people running it, the people attending it, and the One it was for. Brian Lorrits, you are a perfectly amazing preacher. I am inclined now to start one. Richard James, thank you for reminding me that heaven will be more real. I loved meeting all sorts of new people from other schools, DCC has that special brand of friendship that is very strong even though you only see these people once a year. I loved hanging out with people from my school, as well as people that are not, technically, in school. Again, DCC is my favorite (favourite?) week of the year. It’s like a little taste, a nibble, of heaven. I can’t wait to see you all again on the other side, forever. Here’s to Jesus for making that happen for us.
On the downside, Chad got sick and he gave it to me as a little present. I realize now that I shouldn’t have been sleeping with him. I slept all Saturday on the drive back, twelve hours Saturday night, three hours yesterday, then nine hours last night. I’ve been eating chewable vitamin C like M&M’s and drinking gallons of water. Hopefully I’ll beat this thing back Real Soon Now.
Alright, well, I just wanted to let you all know I’m okay as well as open up a new spot for everyone to comment. I guess I’ve got a class to go to now, Computer Architecture, with Ahzad Ahzadmanesh. I’ll let you draw some conclusions there.

It was indeed awesome, and it was a blast to hang out with you when the chance arose. Thank your family again for being so cool, and hosting.
Just think, Heaven will overcome the awkwardnesses of miscommunication, being left out of a funny incident, not having enough time for everyone, and ever getting sick! Jesus IS good.

Though, you know….most of the notable figures from history are all in that other place…cept most of the Popes. They’re not.

Hey man, I am still bummed that I wasn’t able to go, but on the plus side I am not sick. Hope you kick that spell soon, and I had my first gig the other day as the rep and it went quite well, so thanks for the hookup, we’ll have to hang soon.

Well i’m glad you enjoyed DCC as much as I did! I was completely blown away at how amazing it was this year! It was far better than the other times i’ve gone, that’s for certain! God totally answered my prayers and allowed me to spend time with all of my friends and not feel stressed at all!
Well I hope you’re feeling better! You certainly have enough water and Vitamin C to support your immune system! And I heard someone made you some homemade soup…I’m sure it was delectable ;o) I hope you have a wonderfully relaxing afternoon and you better be up for a movie night this weekend…classes are kicking my butt already so something social is in order!
