Well, I safely made it through finals, garnering a C+ and a B in those classes I told you about. That’ll bring me to a 3.0 for the semester which officially makes it my worst semester yet. It also breaks that streak of being on the Dean’s List, but I can’t really bring myself to care. (Hah, that sounds familiar). I then spent the next several days moving and hanging out with people, and boy that was fun. Now I’m back in CO until the first part of June-ish, and boy is that exciting. I arrived on the ol’ Amtrak this morning (my car having done died about two weeks ago) and that was exciting. I have to tell you that the train is a very relaxing way to travel, although I should caution you to bring two largish blankets with you, one for a pillow and the other to cover up with. Utilizing these two devices, you will find the train an almost perfect environment for not staying awake. The gentle swaying motion is really what gets you.
I’m already missing all my O-town friends and such. Truly Omaha is now my home, and this place where my parents live is… well, just that: my parents’ house. It’s nice but it’s no longer mine. My brothers are flying in this weekend and that’ll be the first time the four of us have been together in well over a year. I’m looking forward to hanging out with them. I’m also looking forward to getting a new car (well, a new-to-me car… haHA – new cars).
I feel like my writing isn’t at my usual level. I’ll attribute it to the disenfranchised feeling I’ve got right now. So take a look here.

I didn’t forget the rule, I just couldn’t think of something with four. Slimy salesmen? Yeah, but not very funny. *shrug*

We miss you here back in the CO. You seem to make our lives that much brighter, and I’m certainly glad that you can bring such joy to your O-Town friends.
Perhaps we can chill for a night or two before you take off again. I swear to you that I really ought to come out there and see you in your natural environment.
